MY GUILTY PLEASURES ♥.

I'm here with an update!! Actually more like confessions of a shopoholic!! So in the past month or so, I've bought way more than I can afford. I'm planning on going back to Japan early next yr - so I should really be saving for that!! But instead I am guilty of these purchases ;) Here is the chanel 2.55 that I wrote about in my previous post! I'll post an image of me with the bag when I get a chance to go out!

This is an ashtray I thrifted recently, it was about $2 and is perfect to keep jewellery and bits & pieces. It's actually quite heavy and nothing is wrong with it, it's beautiful :D It's a waste to use it as an ashtray! I don't smoke anyway~

D&G perfume.. This smell is amazing and it was a really good price!! The 100ml EDP is $99 which is decent for 100ml, but I got it for about $70. I have replaced it for my old fav Versace Bright Crystal - for now anyway hehe.

I've always wanted a cute shower cap.. even though I don't really need it.. I wash my hair every night, I know it's bad for the hair!! But, I can make use of it when I come home from work and need to take a quick shower to go out again.

You thought that was the end.. I also managed to finally buy myself a camera!! I bought the Canon IXUS 100IS. I had been without a camera for so long it was crazy. My phone pics weren't too bad but it just wasn't the same!! One more thing .. My very last purchase for a while.. I hope.. is the Canon DSLR KISSx3 also known as the 500D. I'll be using the IXUS for things like going out with friends and the Kissx3 for special occasions like upcoming weddings, nice dinners and photography.
It seems this is the the result of a workaholic that tries too hard not to shop! It may be going smooth untill one day it's like you just can't hold yourself back, and blow all your money. I guess I should consider myself lucky that I've had to work 8 days straight.
P.s. Just noticed that blogger has enabled me to pull down the box I'm currently writing in!! So much better, makes it more practical!! I'm talking about the thing where you can pull down just under the 'show all' labels. Did anyone else notice this and loving it? Or it's just me hehe ;)

FINALLY, YOU ARE MINE ♥ // FRENCH DINING.

So I ended my last post by mentioning I bought something that I've wanted forever.. Here it is.. I haven't had time to take a picture of the actual bag.. But it is a lovely chanel classic flap bag, also known as the chanel 2.55 in lambskin. Black with gold hardware, of course:) I will upload an image of it when I have time ♥

I actually took it out with me to my friends birthday dinner to a beautiful french restaurant only to find that we were going clubbing afterwards. Heartbroken...:( haha I wanted to take as much care of this bag as possible. Just letting you know though, it's still in good condition! Thank god haha..

We dined at Les Boucheries Parisiennes.

For entree I had caramelised scallops with pea & parsley risotto and carrot foam. It was delicious but because we went in a larger group than usual, entree took more than 45mins before served. I was starving as I didn't eat much during or after work:(

For my main I ordered eye fillet of beef with goat's cheese polenta cake, onion jam and pea sauce.

Finished off the 3 course meal with a yummy dessert. Vanilla cheesecake with praline biscuit and strawberry salad.

Thanks again for being patient with my ever so slow updating blog. I have been busy (surprise surprise hehe) with work and will also be having another busy week. I had to go to Geelong for an event for 2 days so I ended up staying there instead of driving 2 hrs each way. We also held a workshop at the Japanese Consul in Toorak on Sat. Hope things ease up soon, doubt it with xmas coming up tho:'(

Hopefully soon I can start clearing out my room and having that long awaited blogsale!! Goodnight all - ohmy already 2:55am...

QUICK UPDATE // OOTD.

Thank you to everyone who responded to my qotd in the post below. I think when I finally have things ready to sell, I will use ebay for clothes and maybe have makeup direct from the blog. Not confirmed yet!
Anyway just before I say goodnight, here is a quick update with what I wore when I went shopping at DFO. I tag all outfit posts as 'What I Wore Today' but in posts, I will call it Outfit Of The Day (OOTD) nice and short!

I wore white rubi flats to shop and then wore some ankle boots in the below pics at home. These shorts are so cute, love the high waist :) Also my hair is currently the longest it's ever been. I've always wanted long hair and now I have it, it's strange. I hardly have time to do anything to it.. I want to get it thinned and styled but not sure what to do yet. Any ideas are welcome:) No short cuts though hehe!

2 days off in 14 days is killing me!! Tomorrow (thurs) and friday i  have a huge 9:30-8:30 shift.. and one more shift on sat till my friends bday dinner which I am really looking forward to!! Can finally dress up and Oh almost forgot!! I bought something I've wanted forever!! And I will be posting about it soon. It is beautiful.

SHADOWS ! & a Question.

Check out the shadow in the first pic, looks like a half size ghost or a cave man/gorilla on it's side! Can you see it? Really sorry about the fuzzy photos!

Experimenting with shadows hehe.. and aw I lost my watch somewhere.. It must've fallen of my wrist without me noticing.. sounds silly but it happened :( It's so hard to get through the day without a watch.. I keep looking at my wrist only to find nothing there..Where are you watch ..

I wore this outfit to my friends 21st. Once again all black, hopefully not getting too boring lol. I just can't stay away from it!! I guess I can accessorize differently :) I live in these boots though, they're so comfy~

This zip dress is just from miss shop. I found it randomly during my break and kinda love it ;)

I've been trying to drink more water and be healthy as my skin feels terrible.. I never drink enough fluids or sleep enough.. Anyone the same? I just can't seem to drink 2L of water a day. I try and carry water around with me everywhere now and also mix with cranberry juice!! Yum :)
